English is the official language of the event.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. Food, coffee breaks, and beverages included in the registration ticket will be provided on-site throughout the summit.

A cloakroom for coats and bags will also be available during the event.

Registration opens in early November, with early bird rates available until January 14, 2027.

Reduced-price tickets may be available for students, academia, startups, non-profits, government and public authorities, EPFL staff, and selected EPFL communities depending on the summit edition.

No, as a public and non-profit event, we cannot offer financial support to attendees.  

No, payment can only be made by credit card. 

You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt via email directly after registration. Invoice details can be edited through the link provided in the confirmation email.

Ticket reassignment policies and deadlines may vary depending on the summit edition and ticket type. Please refer to the registration platform or contact the AMLD team for support.

To issue your visa invitation letter, please provide the following details exactly as they appear in your passport:

• Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, and gender
• Passport Details: Passport number, citizenship, issue date, and expiry date
• Full Home Address: Street and house number, zip code, city, and country

If your visa application is rejected, please contact the AMLD team and provide official proof of rejection. We will cancel your ticket and issue a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase.

We are currently receiving many questions about this: the full program will be published progressively in the months leading up to AMLD 2027. Speaker announcements, workshops, summit formats, and session details will be added on a rolling basis as they are confirmed.

We recommend joining the AMLD newsletter to stay informed about new speakers, program updates, and early announcements.

The latest summit program, including sessions, workshops, speakers, and formats, will be available on the AMLD website.

Please note that it is not possible to pre-register a seat for any of the keynotes, tracks or workshops. Seating will be on a first come first served basis.

If you are attending the workshop day, please bring your laptop and a travel adapter for Swiss plugs. Prerequisites of each workshop will be indicated in the event schedule.

Recordings of keynote sessions may be made available after the event.

Please be aware of fraudulent websites, registration offers, and emails claiming to represent AMLD Intelligence Summit or EPFL.

Official AMLD registration and communication will only be shared through the official AMLD website and verified EPFL communication channels. AMLD does not work with external agencies offering registration or accommodation services on behalf of the summit.
